Thank you for your order from Crafted By Emilee! Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Ready-to-Ship Items In-stock, ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped next business day after your order is placed (unless otherwise discussed) You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Custom & Personalized Orders Custom orders — including personalized pens, tumblers, badge reels, and sewn items — require time to handcraft just for you. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. If a different timeline has been discussed at the time of your order, that agreed-upon timeframe will apply.

Once Your Order Ships Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times and transit conditions are outside of our control. However, I am committed to working with you as much as possible to help resolve any shipping issues. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have concerns — I'll do my best to help!

Shipping Carriers & Tracking Orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
